INFORMATION SERVICE FOR USERS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

Purpose. The article is aimed at the analysis of current problem higher educational institutions, namely creation favorable conditions for teaching students with special needs. Methodology. Benchmarking – study and experience university libraries other organizations. Formation requirements support this category. Result. Creation comprehensive assistance in learning conducive to successful adaptation students, their psychological rehabilitation personal development society. Therefore, one priority areas libraries’ work learning, library information services users needs, providing them free access information, exercising rights receive quality services. Conclusions. Creating a virtual space, ensuring physical accessibility, staff training contributes effective implementation tasks motivating category learning.
